Description
This is CNC router with Automatic Tool changer,Oscillating knife,CCD camera,drag knife and Creasing tool. Therefore,it is with 9KW China made HQD spindle,it can cut not only common wooden boards but also flexible and soft materials, like paper, leather, fabric, etc. Furthermore, the CCD camera system can detect the edges of images automatically, which help cut out irregular shapes of printed boards.
Features
1. Using a new type CCD system, it can scan the image edges with strong recognition ability, fast positioning speed, and high positioning accuracy. This helps to cut out irregular printed shapes from a wooden board.
2. The oscillating cutter enables this CNC machine to cut various flexible materials, such as fabric, leather, cloth, paper, rubber, etc.
3. It can cut out large-area images from a wooden board automatically, precisely and quickly. One operator can run several machines at the same time, which saves human labor and improves work efficiency.
4. Equipped with a 24000rpm automatic tool change spindle, it can change tools fast with low noise and large torque.
